Our Wines
12 Cabernet Sauvignon
Cachapoal Valley – 2021
The grapes for this wine come from the highest sector of the vineyard in our La Moralina estate -particularly from block 12- placed in the piedmont of the Andes Mountains in the Cachapoal Valley. Temperate Mediterranean climate, with cold winters and warm summers that offer a wide thermal amplitude between day and night. The property benefits from the characteristic mountain breezes that refresh the vines during the summer days. Soils of alluvial and colluvial origin, with good drainage. Of loamy and clay loamy texture, it features abundant rounded and angular stones, depending on the vineyard’s particular situation regarding the Cordillera and the nearby Rigolemu creek.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Bright ruby-red
Aroma: shows intense aromas of fresh red fruits like cherries and plums,
combined with a subtle touch of perfectly integrated oak.
Taste: Well-concentrated and with a nice acidity, it feels firm, with balanced tannins and a long ending.
T°: Serve at 16 – 18° C.
Match food: Fatty meat cuts, ripe cheeses and all sorts of charcuterie.

3 Carménère
Cachapoal Valley – 2021

Taste: It has a predominating fruit character, offers a nice acidity, a great
structure, and a persistent ending.

Match food: Red meats, ripe cheeses, pasta, and bittersweet chocolate.
1 Chardonnay
Casablanca Valley – 2021
The grapes come from specific vineyards of our Belén Estate (particularly from Block 1), in the Lo Ovalle sector in Casablanca. The soils are granitic clay, with quartz present, flat topography and low fertility. The climate is temperate cold, with notable marine influence due to the closeness of the Pacific Ocean that permits a slow ripening with an elevated development of aromas and a fresh acidity.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Pale, bright yellow, with olive green hues.
Aroma: White-fleshed fruit such as the pear, green apple, and floral and citric notes, as well as dried fruits that remind of toasted hazelnuts.
Taste: Great freshness and volume, unctuous, delicate, with a delicious balance of acidity and fruit, long persistence and elegance and a singular structure provided by the fraction fermented in its lees.
T°: Serve at 8 – 10° C.
Match food: shellfish and fish having an intense flavor, such as smoked salmon, swordfish, giant perch, and the white meats of poultry.
3 Pinot Noir
Casablanca Valley – 2022
The grapes for this wine come from our estate located in Casablanca -particularlyfrom Block 3-, a few miles from the Pacific Ocean. This valley is well-known for its cool climate that allows obtaining small clusters and grapes that develop colors, aromas, and flavors that are characteristic of a slow ripening process. Of limited production, the vineyard is trellised to the vertical shoot position and grows on clayey, granitic soils of low fertility that give life to remarkable wines.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Ruby red, intense, deep and brilliant.
Aroma: Notes of raspberry, fresh cherries and flowers that bring a rose to mind. The wood is felt with spicy tones that are in good harmony with the fruits
Taste: Intense, very fruity, floral and slightly spicy. Good body, elegant, complex and persistent.
T°: Serve at 12° – 14° C
Match food: Pasta, fish, white meats, game birds and poultry.
